Sargent Chuck the Rescue Doggie!

Meet Sargent Chunk the Rescue Doggie!  He is 2 years old and he rules.  Chunk is a name inspired from the Goonies and he is also a pretty chunky Boston Terrier.  Don’t worry, he’s doing yoga and running marathons.

Sargent…well Lindsay brought that name up.  Sarge for short, but we couldn’t just part with Chunk.  He has this amazing ‘army crawl’ where he’s already laying on his belly, legs behind his body and he uses his front legs to move forward.  It’s as if he’s too lazy to get up and move, so he remains in the laying down position and moves his front legs to advance forward.  There is a lot of wiggling and it is adorable.

So that’s his story for coming into our lives.  He is a very well mannered dog.  He is great on his leash.  Great with other dogs and he absolutely loves people.  He doesn’t beg for people food.  He is already house-trained and he has not barked at all, ever!  We love him!
